Even Banks Use Social Media

Even Banks Use Social Media

In India, increasing wealth is generating population. Almost 98% of the working population in India are said to have a bank account by the year 2015.  That is a lot of bank accounts. With social Media sites becoming most used and visited online platform, it is imperative for businesses to listen to their customers in social media communities.

Banks need to be in constant touch with their customers. So the banks in India should adapt the use of social media to their system. Social Media can act as a great channel of communication, not just for promoting new schemes but also listening to what the customer needs and collecting feedback online.

Social Media is an important tool to know and use when dealing with business. Banks deal with business everyday. Hopefully in the future countries like India can adapt to this concept of banks using social media to stay connected with customers.
