Members only anyone?

No, this article is not for another collective bargaining site, soliciting you to join them with over promises and under delivers. There is no great deal on a massage that doesn't even come with a happy ending here.

Members Only jackets were the staple of early 80s fashion outerwear and everyone who was too cool for school sported these bad boys.

Since 2002, I have been on a campaign to bring these retro/vintage jackets back. I always said to myself, “all it would take is one rapper wearing it in a video and Walla, they would be back” (hopefully Kanye is reading this).

However, my efforts to resurrect this large part of my youth, along with Atari, and great 80's cartoons, has just led me to being the bud of jokes and mockery when I wear a jacket typically only seen on dirty old man drinking scotch, ironically enough my favorite drink ( Johnny walker black neat...do it...do it).

However, thanks to Kelli Delaney, President, Designer, and Creative Director for the re-launch of the MEMBERS ONLY, I no longer will be the last Member.

In spring 2008, Delaney added fashion designer to her style repertoire, serving as President, Designer, and Creative Director for the re-launch of the MEMBERS ONLY women's clothing line. In just three seasons, Kelli secured the brands position in over 150 exclusive stores internationally, as well as cultivating a modern, new group of A-list celebrity attachments to the brand, from Jennifer Lopez to Rhianna.

The multi-media attention that MEMBERS ONLY received, spearheaded by Delaney, resulted in covetable placement in top magazines like Vogue, In Style, Elle and Oprah, as well as features on national television programs including Good Morning America, Extra!, and E! News. Delaney focused on building a global business, securing lucrative distribution agreements for her women's, men's, and footwear collections for MEMBERS ONLY in Asia, Europe, and Mexico.

Prior to joining MEMBERS ONLY, Delaney spent 14 years working at top fashion, beauty, and celebrity news publications

Following a short quiet spell, the brand is storming the streets again, and you can catch these jackets at some major retailers like Urban Outfitters, Bluefly, and Burlington Coat Factory.
