PoKos releases “Point-and-Chat” for Android Phones
PoKos Communications Corp has developed a fun and easy new way to chat with virtually anyone who has an Android operated phone. It is an IM/Text App which allows you to “chat” with another mobile user by simply pointing your phone at their phone. It is the only product on the market that enables users to point their phone at any other user in sight and send them a message, without use or exchange of any contact information, check-ins, or social networks. With its user-friendly design, a user angles their phone so that the subject's image is displayed on the screen, types a message, points their phone to confirm the intended recipient, and taps the send button. PoKos does the rest.
Point-and-Chat's breakthrough technology launches a new era of visual messaging which brings people together while preserving user privacy. This new type of chat will help break down social barriers and open people up to new conversations.
By releasing this App to the Android market PoKos hopes to bring the world together with this "Point-and-Chat" style of communication. Point-and-Chat is now available for more than 2/3 of the smart phone market in North America. PoKos Chat can be downloaded from the Android Market and the iTunes App Store.
