Safety First
The world we’re living in opens up a lot of opportunities to jeopardize safety in different situations. The subscription-based app StreetSafe has been released for all smart phones, and will transform a mobile device into a personal wireless security system. This app integrates GPS to automatically determine the user’s mobile device within at least three meters.
There are two features within this app that blow all other safety apps out of the water. If users find themselves in a dangerous situation or any other emergency, a silent alarm can be triggered, and would immediately dispatch emergency help to the location determined by the GPS locator. The other important feature offered in this app is called Walk With Me™. If users are unsure of their location and are not comfortable navigating to their next destination, this can be activated. This connects the user with a trained Safety Advisor who can help formulate the safest route and any actions the user needs to take. This will also allow the safety advisor to alert the police if the situation gets any worse or you need further assistance.
