Who doesn't love movies? Don't even bother answering that, it's rhetorical because we know the answer is no one. NO ONE. Except someone traveling to the 21st century from a time before they existed and that's only because they don't know what they are yet. We've decided that we're going to throw some knowledge of the best kind at you every Thursday: what movies are being released this weekend for you to spend your hard-earned cash watching. Sure you could go through all the listings for theaters, but this way is a bit more fun. There's trailers. Now if you're from the past,  trailers are tiny moving pictures that give you a hint about what'll be happening in the movie you'll be watching tomorrow (or tonight for the awesome one's that get midnight showings) and congratulations on mastering the internet enough to get here.

All these movies have theatrical release dates on August 3rd, 2012.

TOTAL RECALL

A futuristic sci-fi thriller...that is also a remake of a movie from 1990.

DIARY OF A WIMPY KID: DOG DAYS

Family movie.

And some limited release titles for those of you that happen to actually be near a theater where they're playing:

SOLDIERS OF FORTUNE

Action, and a bit of comedy if the trailer is any indication.

360

Drama, Thriller.

CELESTE AND JESSE FOREVER

Romantic Comedy with some drama thrown in.
