Social Media and Clinical Affects on Politics.

Untitled

In modern society, it is difficult to speak about politics. Everyone is very judgmental on the subject, and will eat your face if you disagree with their indoctrined policies. The same can be said about social media. Don't you dare talk negatively about Facebook. Put them together and what do you got? Bippity boppity boo. Oh, and a moderate impact between the platforms.

Per Mercury News:

Social networking sites play a modest role in influencing most U.S. users' political views, with the biggest impact among Democrats, a survey showed on Tuesday.

The poll by the Pew Research Center's Internet & American Life Project comes as Democratic President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney are using Facebook pages and other social media as campaign tools ahead of the November election.

"For most of those who use the sites, political material is just a small portion of what they post and what they read. And the impact of their use of the sites is modest, at best," Lee Rainie, director of the Pew project, said in a statement.

Because of this, I plan on deleting my Facebook account come November. Digital world, take note: I don't vote, and I don't care who you vote for. The only thing that will change this is if Kevin Sorbo runs for office. If he does, I will vote. Hell, I will commit voter fraud in order to pad the voting for him. It will be just like in high school when I nominated my then GF for prom queen and stuffed the ballot box with 15 fake votes....she ended up having 15 total votes.

TL;DR-Hercules should run for President.
