The way we look for jobs has dramatically changed in the last decade. Heck, it has changed since I graduated from college in 2007. In my Senior Theory class, they made us buy a package of resume paper and told us hiring managers wouldn't read resumes that weren't printed on a special paper. Boy have things changed since then.
